I hope you had a nice xmas! ;D

When I read that you are interested into sleep hacking, I remembered my own experiments from some years back. Back then, I stumbled across polyphasic sleep and lucid dreaming on Steve Pavlina&#039;s site:

I found the series on polyphasic sleep particularly interesting - and also the decision to go back to normal sleeping behavior because of problems with &quot;normal&quot; people/life ;)
